Our Church's
At V.I.P. Construction & Engineering, we take pride in our work on institutional buildings, having successfully constructed two churches from the ground up. Our experience in institutional buildings also includes renovations that enhance the beauty and functionality of these sacred spaces. We are honored to back to the community by creating places of worship that serve the residents of the neighborhoods we build. On the right, you can see our work at St. Matthews and St. Nicholas churches in Ottawa.
Renovations at the Supreme Court of Canada
In 1997, a major renovation project was undertaken at the Supreme Court of Canada building, aiming to modernize the building while preserving its heritage elements. The renovations included removing asbestos, restoring exterior and interior finishes, replacing aging systems, and modernizing technology and security. The project also aimed to meet current building codes, safety standards, and accessibility requirements.
Boston Pizza's
At the turn of the millennium, we began the exciting journey of building Boston Pizza locations. By 2010, we proudly constructed nine of these restaurants, showcasing commitment to quality and design. At one point, we were also co-owners of the five main Boston Pizza locations in Ottawa. Each restaurant was crafted with meticulous attention to detail, ensuring a consistent and inviting experience across the chain.

As proud members of the Ottawa community, we take significant pride in building a large hangar at the Ottawa airport. Our experience in building the Avis car rental facility was enriching, as it allowed us to engage deeply with the industrial facets of construction.
